Build. Ride. Learn. Together.

A place to understand your bike, explore an idea and take the next step—with knowledge and practical support alongside you.

WHY EFACTORY EXISTS

From “I’d like to”
to “I did it.”

Wanting to work on your own motorcycle is one thing. Having the space, tools and someone to ask can be another. eFactory was created to help riders move forward with the things they want to try.

You do not need to arrive knowing everything. The aim is to work through your project, understand your motorcycle and make the next step part of your motorcycle life.

FOUNDER / EFACTORY

Etsugo Yanagida

柳田 悦豪

Etsugo Yanagida began riding at 16 and learned motorcycle work through experience and the help of others. That experience shapes a workshop where questions and learning are part of the process.

His professional background includes automotive component development and design at DENSO, along with design management involving quality. His published profile lists nearly 200 patent applications as an inventor. At eFactory, that background supports practical conversations about parts, reliability and motorcycle setup.

Learn through the project

Supported DIY keeps you involved in maintaining and improving your bike. Equipment and specialist work have their own agreed responsibilities.

Connect building and riding

Motogymkhana brings motorcycle preparation, rider feedback and setup together. Ask about the member support available for riding and bike-setting questions.

Based in Suzuka. Open to your next step.
