All visits are by appointment. Sending a message does not secure a slot. Wait for the date and arrangements to be agreed before travelling.
Confirm the project & costs
Check the service scope, plan eligibility, equipment and any parts or preparation needed. Ask what extra costs apply to the work.
Check language arrangements
The scope of English enquiries, in-person explanations and specialist technical consultation needs to be confirmed. An English website does not guarantee full English technical support.
